Jefferson Apartment Group is a full-service real estate firm specializing in multifamily apartments and mixed-use real estate investments. The company focuses on urban, transit-oriented assets located in high barrier-to-entry markets on the East Coast. They are developing an apartment complex in the Optimist Park area of Charlotte, called J. Optimist Park. Working with Saturday Creative, I created the logo and helped develop the brand identity, along with web design and digital and print assets. This project is ongoing, slated to accept residential applicants in early 2025.
